Sidelying Shoulder Internal Rotation with Dumbbell
Lie on your side with your knees bent and head supported on a pillow. Start with your working arm on the mat, elbow at a right angle and holding a dumbbell.
Rotate your arm inwards by lifting the dumbbell towards the ceiling and then lower the dumbbell back down in a controlled manner.
Required equipment: Pillow, Mat, Dumbbell, Weights, free
