Single arm bent over dumbbell row – Adaptive
Stand next to a bench and support one knee and hand on the bench.
With your other hand pick up a dumbbell that is placed on the floor next to the bench.
Squeeze your shoulder blade in towards the spine and bring your elbow backwards towards the ceiling.
Straighten your arm back towards the floor and let your shoulder blade slide away from the spine.
Required equipment: Weights, free, Bench, Dumbbell
