Single arm dumbbell bench press (Adaptive unilateral upper limb amputee)
Lie on your back on a bench with your feet flat on the floor.
Hold the dumbbell at your shoulder.
Keep your feet on the floor, your hips and shoulders on the bench and arch your chest.
Press the dumbbell straight up towards the ceiling keeping your elbow wide.
Lower the dumbbell until your upper arms just break parallel to the bench.
You can mirror this movement with your residual limb.
