Single-arm Dumbbell Row
Start with one knee and hand on a bench. Hold a weight in your other hand with your arm hanging straight down.
Squeeze your shoulder blade in and down and pull your elbow back. Return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
Note:
- Don't let your shoulder move forward when you pull your elbow back.
- Keep your chin tucked in and spine in neutral position.
