Single-arm low row in stand

Secure an exercise band to approximately waist height in front of you.
Stand with your feet hip-width apart, one leg slightly forwards and with the opposite side hand hold the other end of the band.
Start with your arm straight and lifted forwards and the slack taken off the band.
Pull the band and bring your elbow backwards keeping your arm close to your side.
In a controlled manner straighten your arm back to the starting position.
