Single-arm overhead tricep extension with dumbbell (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Hold a weight in one hand and then raise your arm towards the ceiling, supported by your other hand where needed.
When ready, bend your elbow as if taking the weight towards your shoulder blade behind you.
Pause briefly before returning to the start position, and repeat.
As a progression, remove your supporting hand when ready.
