Single arm shoulder lateral raise (Adaptive bilateral lower limb amputee)
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms by your sides holding a weight in one hand.
Gently pull your shoulder blades back and down towards your buttocks.
Lift your arm out to the side and up to shoulder height, with your palm facing down.
In a controlled manner return back down to the starting position.
Required equipment: Weights, free, Dumbbell
