Single arm wall push

Single arm wall push

Stand upright, feet shoulder width apart, facing a wall.
Position your body so that you are no more than an arms length away from the wall.
Lift one arm up, palm facing the wall, with a slight bend in your elbow.
Lean forward in towards the wall and catch yourself on the wall.
Absorb the force and then push away, returning to the starting position.
