Single leg bridge with leg extension

Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.
Lift one leg and straighten your knee out until it is in line with the other thigh
Tighten your buttock muscles and lift your hips up off the floor.
Lower your buttock back down to the floor.
Keep your leg raised and repeat the movement.
