Single Leg Fall Out on Wobble Cushion

Lie on your back one leg bent with the foot flat on the floor and your other leg straight relaxed on the floor. Place a wobble cushion under your pelvis.
Engage your core stability and pelvic floor muscles, then lower one leg out to the side.
The key is to maintain a level pelvis, using your core to prevent it rotating with the movement of your leg.
Control the movement back to the start position and repeat.
