Place ten cones on the ground in front of you, equidistant apart, as shown in the diagram.
Starting on cone one, stand on one leg with your hands on your hips.
Perform three single-leg hops on the spot trying to jump as high as possible, regaining your balance after each hop.
Continue hopping as you travel in the direction of the second cone, pause for a second between each hop to regain your balance.
Then weave in and out of cones three, four and five.
Continue around cone six then weave through cones seven, eight, nine and ten and back to cone one.
Repeat.
