Resisted single leg RDL

Stand upright holding the end of a resistance band in one hand.
The other end of the band should be securely attached to a point in front of you.
Lift one leg up to 90 degrees, with knee bent, so that you are standing on one leg.
Raise your arm over your head, with your hand pointed towards the ceiling.
Lean forward while extending your leg backwards and your arm out in front of you.
Return to the starting position in a slow and controlled movement.
