Single leg shallow squat, eyes closed

Stand on your affected leg and do not allow your legs to rest against each other.
Lift your arms out to the side to obtain your balance. 
Close your eyes and hold in this position.
Lower down carefully by bending your stance knee and then return to the upright position. 
Repeat the movement trying to stay as steady as possible.
