Single-leg Squat on Balance Pad with Leg Sliding Forwards

Start by standing with one leg on a balance pad and a small folded towel or a slider under the other foot. Hold on to a chair.

Squat down, bending the knee of the supporting leg and at the same time slide the towel/slider forwards using the other leg. Maintain hip-knee-toes alignment. Return to the starting position.
