Sit to stand from chair – Adaptive

Sit on a chair with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
Place your hands on the arm rests and lean forwards.
Feel your weight move onto your feet.
Stand up and fully straighten your hips and knees until you stand as tall as you can.
Then place your hands back onto the arm rests and sit back down in a controlled manner.
