Sit to stand to a rolling walker, using arms

Sit on a chair with your walker in front of you.
Your feet should be shoulder width apart.
Move your buttocks forwards to the edge of the chair.
Place your hands on the arm rests, lean forwards and push through your legs to stand up.
Do not attempt to pull yourself up using the frame.
Straighten your knees and your hips as much as you can before placing one hand at a time on the frame to finish.
