Sitting on peanut ball

Sit on the peanut ball with one leg either side of the ball and your feet on the floor.
Start with your hands on the ball in front of you.
When you feel comfortable try lifting your hands off the ball.
Try gently moving your weight from side to side and forwards and backward.
You could sit on the ball to play a board game, read a book, or at any other time you are sitting.

Required equipment: Ball - large, Assistant, Stability Ball, Toys
