SLS dynamic balance cones push

Stand up straight and place four cones closely around your affected foot.
One in front, one behind, one on the inside and one on the outside.
Transfer your weight onto your affected foot and lift your opposite leg off the floor.
Whilst keeping your balance, use your non affected foot to push the cones as far away from you as you can.
Next, use your non affected foot to pull the cones back to the start position.
