SLS on step - hip internal/external rotation

Stand up straight on a step close to a wall for balance if required.
Stand sideways on the step and allow one leg to dangle over the edge.
Keeping your balance, rotate your leg in and out.
Your knee cap and toes should remain in line with one another throughout.
Keep your body up straight.
