Smooth Pursuit - Horizontal
Sit on a firm chair.
Hold your thumb or an object out in front of you. Follow the object with your eyes as you move it from side to side. Move the object as fast as you are comfortable with and try to increase the speed with each repetition. The quick movement of the eyes may cause increased dizziness. Take time to let the dizziness subside, and begin again.
