SOTS press - with barbell

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and the barbell resting on your upper back with a wide overhand grip.
Perform a back squat until your thighs are at least parallel to the ground.
From a squatting position perform a overhead press keeping you back flat and chest out.
Continue to complete the set and return to the starting position.
