Sound leg step through without support (adaptive - BKA)

Stand between the parallel bars with your arms by your sides.
With the sound leg, step forward and backward.
Take support, if needed.
Try to keep your hips level and your feet shoulder-width apart throughout this exercise.
Maintain your trunk in an upright position, moving forwards and backward, but not side to side.
