Shoulder width stance. Tuck the tailbone under and bend the knees softly. Place your hands, one facing your heart and the other facing your navel. Lengthen the spine.

Move your hands to the side. Gaze at your middle finger.

Turn the body to the other side. Change the hand position and move to the other side.
