Kettlebell Back Squat and Overhead Press
Stand with feet hip width apart.
Grip the Kettlebell by the handles (thumbs on the inside of the handle and fingers on the outside) and pass the Kettlebell behind your head. Look forwards during the movement.

Stand up straightening your hips and knees, and press the Kettlebell towards the ceiling by straightening your elbows at the same time.
