Squat with Fast Acceleration with a Barbell

Place a barbell in a back rack position.
Squat down to 90 degrees bending at your hip and knee.
Push through your feet and explode upwards quickly to generate force in the stand up as if you were about to jump but do not actually leave the floor.
Repeat.
