Chair Squat with Isometric Hip External Rotation

Sit on a chair with an exercise band loop around your legs, under your knees.

Keep the exercise band tight and stand up. Squat down on to the chair in a controlled manner. At the same time push your knees outwards against the band. Knees and toes should be pointing in the same direction throughout the movement.
