Staggered Sit to Stand in Pregnancy

In sitting, position one foot on the floor close to your bottom and the other foot further forward as comfortable. Move your bottom to the edge of the seat, fold forward at the hips to bring the center of gravity over your feet, then press down through the legs to gain standing.

In standing, position your feet in a small split stance, one foot forward of the other. Next, bend at the waist to a squat while bending your knees to lower your bottom to the chair seat.
