Standing calf stretch (gastrocnemius) with chair support
Stand up straight. Gently hold on to the back of a chair for support.
Take one foot back, pressing the heel down to the floor and keeping your back knee straight. Lean forward until you feel a stretch in the back leg near the back of the knee. Maintain your heel in contact with the floor while holding the stretch.
Repeat with the other leg.
