Standing gluteal strengthening hip hitch on step BA (level 2)

Stand in the water at a depth instructed by your therapist and place a step on the floor of the pool.
Hold onto the poolside for support, and place the foot of your affected leg onto the step.
Hover your unaffected leg above the pool floor.
Hike your unaffected hip up towards your shoulder, then lower it back down towards the floor.
