Standing sound leg hip extension with support (Adaptive - BKA)

Stand upright with your hands on the handles of a walker.
Your weight should be applied straight down towards the floor.
Keeping your knees straight, push your sound limb straight out behind you.
The majority of the effort should be coming from your buttock muscles.
Return to the starting position.
