Stand facing a worktop with a few fingertips of both hands placed on the worktop.
Ensure not to pull on the worktop surface but feel the weight press down trough your fingertips.
With your toes pulled up lift your knee up in front of you.
Hold this position for a moment ensuring your toes stay up.
When ready attempt to lift your fingertips from the worktop momentarily.
Try to hold the fingers off the worktop for a slightly longer period each time.
Return to the starting position placing your heel on the floor followed by the rest of the foot, with your feet level.
Repeat.
