Standing hip medial rotation/lateral rotation BA (level 2)

Stand up straight in the water holding onto the poolside.
Place an inflatable ring under the sole of your foot.
Keeping your back straight, slowly lift your leg in front of you, bending your hip and knee to 90 degrees.
Maintaining this position, slowly rotate your lower leg in and out, leading with your heel.
