Standing in crucifix - AROM internal/external rotation

Stand tall with your arms out at your sides, parallel to the floor.
Rotate one arm so your thumb points towards the ceiling, rotate the other arm so your thumb points down towards the ground.
Look over your shoulder at the arm with the thumb pointed at the ground.
In one motion, rotate both arms (so up is pointing down, down is pointing up) and rotate your head so you are looking over your shoulder at the arm with the thumb pointed at the ground.
Repeat this movement for the required number of repetitions.
