Stand up straight with the water at chest depth and your feet shoulder width apart
Soften your knees.
Bring your arms out to your sides on the surface of the water with your palms facing forwards.
Keep your elbows straight and your knees facing forward.
Rotate your trunk from one side to the other, ensuring your hips face forwards.
