Standing resisted shoulder extension

Stand upright holding the ends of a resistance band in each hand.
Ensure the resistance band is firmly attached to a point in front of you.
Squeeze your shoulder blades together and then pull your arms behind you, keeping your arms straight.
Your hands should pass from in front of your hips, to behind your hips.
Do not hunch your shoulders or lean forwards as pull against the resistance.
Hold briefly and then control the movement back to the starting position.
