Standing thoracic rotation ‘punching’ BC

Stand up straight with the water at chest depth.
Hold a dumbbell float in each hand, on the surface of the water in front of you.
Stretch forwards with one arm, twisting your body around from your waist.
Return to the start position and repeat with your other arm.
