Standing unilateral ankle plantar flexion from dorsiflexion BA – advanced (level 2)

Stand up straight in the water at a depth instructed by your therapist, holding onto the poolside.
Position your feet so that you ankles are hanging over the edge of the step.
Stand on one leg.
Keeping your back and leg straight, drop your heel down towards the floor.
Push up onto your tiptoes.
Return to the start position.
