Star stretch

Lie on your back.
Starting with your left leg, bend your left knee and bring the sole of your foot to your right calf, dropping the knee out.
Lift your right hand towards the top of your head and then reach far out diagonally.
Stay in this position breathing in and out three times allowing a diagonal stretch. 
Coming back from this position, bring your right arm back slowly on your side. 
Extend your left leg, sliding your foot along your right leg until you reach the starting position.
