Straight-arm side plank with thread the needle - Level 2

Lie on your side with your upper body propped on a straight arm.
Lift your hips up so that your body is in a straight line, supported on your hand and feet.
While maintaining this position, rotate your trunk so that you first pass your uppermost hand under your body.
Then lift the arm up to point towards the ceiling.
Alternate rotating your trunk, bringing the arm under your body, and lifting it up towards the ceiling.
