Straight leg bridge with resisted hip flexion
Start by lying on your back with your legs straight and a mini band around both feet. Place your feet on a step or box and let your arms rest by your sides. Lift your pelvis and straighten your hips.
Bend one leg and bring the knee towards your chest. Don't let your pelvis lower or tilt to the side. Straighten the leg and repeat with the other leg.
