Straight Leg Raise v1

Lie on your back. Bend one knee. Keep hips, knees, and feet in the same alignment.

Breathe in and lengthen your spine.

Breathe out and slowly lift your straight leg. Point toes towards the ceiling. Maintain the spine lengthening.
Keep the pelvis facing upwards, don't let the hips rotate.
