Supine alternating leg lifts
Lie on your back.
Bend your knees, placing your feet flat on the floor with your legs at hips' width apart.
Initiate the pelvic floor and trans abdominal muscles.
Lift one leg in towards your chest and then lower, maintaining control in your trunk throughout.
Repeat with the other side and continue on in a fluid motion.
