Supine passive bilateral hip adduction stretch
You will need a helper for this exercise.
Lie on your back with a buoyancy collar around your neck and a noodle under your hips.
Ask your assistant to stand at your feet facing towards you.
Your assistant will then gently push your legs apart using their elbows for leverage.
You should feel a stretch on the insides of your hips.
Hold this position.
Required equipment: Buoyancy collar, Float - noodle, Inflatable ring - large, Inflatable ring - small, Assistant
