Supine hollow hold to crunch with weight
Lie on your back and bring your legs up to table-top position with your hips and knees at 90 degrees. Hold weights in each hand. Raise your arms straight up vertically over your head. Slowly move your legs and arms away from each other. Stretch out as long as you can control your trunk during the movement. In a controlled manner return to starting position, then repeat.
