Supine knee hugs - Version 2

Lie on your back with your legs straight.
Bend one knee to draw your foot up, and then repeat with the other.
When ready, bring one knee in towards your chest and then the other, using your hands for assistance.
Then pull through your arms to curl yourself into a ball.
Hold this position.
