Supine passive quadraceps stretch

You will need an assistant for this exercise.
Lie on your back with a buoyancy collar around your neck and a noodle under your hips.
Place an inflatable ring on your unaffected leg.
Ask your assistant to stand at your feet facing towards you with one hand under your hip for stability.
Your assistant shall then apply pressure to your lower shin to assist you bending your knee whilst simultaneously pushing your leg towards the floor.
Hold this position.

Required equipment: Buoyancy collar, Float - noodle, Inflatable ring - large, Inflatable ring - small, Assistant
