Supine single-leg bent knee fall out - Movement control
Lie on your back, bend your knee and hip, and set your foot on the surface.
Put your hands on your pelvis.
Contract your abdominal muscles by exhaling and flattening your abdomen.
Then let your knee move to the outside while keeping your pelvis still.
Do not push down with non-moving leg.
Bring your knee back to the starting position.
