Supine triceps extension on stability ball - weights
Roll back onto a stability ball, holding a weight in both hands.
Stretch your arms vertically up to the ceiling with the elbows straight.
Bend the elbows, lowering the weights down towards your shoulders, maintaining a vertical in the upper arms.
Control the movement back up to the start position with your arms straight, and repeat.
Required equipment: Dumbbell, Ball - large, Stability Ball, Weights, free
