Supine Trunk Rotation with Leg Crossing

Lying on your back with a pillow under your head for support.
Keeping your shoulders on the floor/bed, bring one leg over the other (keeping your leg straight) to gently twist/rotate your lower back. Hold this position for the duration as instructed. Then, return to the starting position.
