Supine weighted triceps extension on stability ball

Roll back onto a stability ball, holding a weight in your affected hand.
Stretch your arm vertically up to the ceiling with the elbow straight, and stabilise the upper arm with your other hand.
Bend the elbow, lowering the weight down towards your shoulders, maintaining a vertical in the upper arm.
Control the movement back up to the start position with your arm straight, and repeat.
